With the wings, yeah. Not many, just the fact that it looks a bit back to front, (As in you would probably have wings looking like that if the dog was facing you) and the feather patterns :3 Sheesh, those are confusing :U Basically, you would have only two rows, primaries and what.. DUH the things that cover the primaries x'D I forgot the names twice over already, but this tutorial might help: [link]

I mostly use Paint Tool SAI and Gimp, but I prefer SAI. x3 It's so easy and fun to use~

Yep, Sai's the best

I use Sai and photoshop :3 And for some reason sai doesen't work for me unless i have flash open at the same time xD

Darn, i know eh? :C I'd lost photoshop about 4 times now o3o Plus there was also painter pro or something like that... it went up in flames too xD
